huge selection of restaurants, supermarkets, shops and
entertainments.
For those interested in golf, there are a number of pay and play
courses close by together with the internationally
renowned Reunion course which is about a 15 minute drive
from the villa.

are two separate comfortable lounge areas both with large

the large and attractive pool area and deck. Access to
the pool area is via sliding patio doors which are fitted
with audible alarms for your children's safety to conform
with Florida laws.
The large private pool and spacious deck area benefit from the sun all
day long. At night, the pool and deck area can be
attractively lit. Pool heat is available (at extra cost) if
required.
