For your
entertainment (and essential supplies), within five minutes
driving distance from the villa is H-192 with a huge
selection of restaurants, supermarkets, shops and
entertainments.
For those interested in golf, there are several pay and play
courses close by including Polo Park, Falcons Fire and the
internationally renowned Reunion course which is about a 5
minute drive from the villa.
Our home is equipped to a high specification. There are two
separate comfortable lounge areas both with large LCD TV's,
cable (including Disney Channel), a DVD player and music
centre with i-pod dock. Wireless internet and telephone
calls within the USA and Canada are provided free of charge.
The master bedroom, with adjoining en-suite shower room, is
furnished with a solid oak king-sized bed and a beautiful
matching bedroom suite.
The kitchen/breakfast area has an open vista over the large
and attractive pool area and deck and benefits from an
upgraded electrical appliance pack which includes an
American style fridge freezer with ice-maker, dishwasher and
halogen stove. The formal dining area is furnished with
attractive solid oak furniture.
The large private pool and spacious deck area benefit from
the sun all day long. At night, the pool and deck area can
be attractively lit. Pool heat is available (at extra cost)
if required but is provided free of charge between May –
September via solar panels. Access to the pool area from the
house is via sliding patio doors which are fitted with
audible alarms for your children's safety to conform with
Florida laws.
Additional features are a laundry room with washing machine
and tumble dryer, iron, hairdryers, plentiful towels and all
bed linen, a fully equipped kitchen with full dinner service
and cooking utensils and everything else you could possibly
need for a relaxing and memorable break with your family in
the fabulous Florida sunshine.
Our home is managed by a local management agent who is
located on Indian Ridge and can be available 24/7 in the
event of any unforeseen difficulties during your stay.
Rental rates from £500 - £650 per week including 13% Florida
tourist tax and departure clean.
The villa is restricted to non-smoking guests only and pets
should be left at home! !
